Planning and Design
MD will start with an idea session and convert those ideas into a real hard drawn plan. The design process can take up to 3 to 4 months depending on the complexity of the project.
Construction
After the design process MD will send the plans out for pricing and then present an open book sworn construction statement that both parties agree on. Every decision is made by the homeowner with the guidance of Bryan and his team. The usual home build takes about 7 months depending on MN weather and the size of the home.
